This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through buyked.shop. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase of our premium exfoliating bath gloves, deep cleansing mitts, and personal skincare accessories.

  1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, credit, or exchange.
  2. Eligibility for Returns (Strict Personal Care and Hygiene Standards) Due to the close-to-skin operational nature and strict public health and personal hygiene regulations governing bath and body accessories, our exfoliating gloves and mitts must satisfy the following comprehensive criteria to be authorized for a return processing run:
  • The exfoliating bath gloves must be in the exact same condition that you received them: completely unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The items must be completely free of any signs of personal use, skin contact, soap residues, water dampness, or cosmetic fragrances.
  • The products must be returned sealed in their original individual product plastic sleeves, with all retail cardboard backing cards, protective bands, and branding tags perfectly intact.
  • The item must be securely packed inside its original outer factory shipping box.
  • You must provide a valid digital receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalized skincare sets, and any exfoliating glove that has been opened from its sealed protective protective wrap or brought into a shower or bathroom environment.

Items sent back to us without first submitting a formal email return application and receiving written approval will be rejected.

  • Step 3: Pack the items securely inside a protective cardboard shipping envelope or box to prevent damage during transit, and securely attach the provided return label.
  1. Return Shipping Fee and Restocking Fee
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the exfoliating gloves arrive with severe manufacturing flaws (such as unraveling seams, torn elastic wrists, or fabric punctures) or were damaged by the carrier during transit, we will fully cover the return shipping cost.
  • Customer Remorse: If you purchased an incorrect color variant, selected the wrong fabric roughness level, or simply changed your mind, we will cover the return shipping cost to ensure a premium, risk-free buying experience for our United States customers.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.
